We are writing this letter to recommend KP Developments as home renovators. We hired KP Developments to renovate one of our downtown properties in hopes of selling the property and maximizing our gain in the growing Edmonton real estate market.
KP Developments worked with us to develop a plan with us that would maximize our profit on the sale of the unit. Our goal was to invest in upgrades that would increase the selling price and spend no more than $5,000. This constituted new laminate flooring, baseboards, paint, a textured accent wall, and some minor repairs throughout the unit.
The work done was high quality throughout and under what we had budgeted for the project. KP Developments also kept us up to date with any difficulties that were encountered throughout the project and gave us recommendations on how to overcome these challenges in a timely and cost effective manner.
The end product allowed us to establish a new market trend for the building. We sold the unit for $15,000 more than the realtor had priced the unit at before renovations and for a cost of under $5000. And perhaps most importantly, we sold the unit in less than a month while other units at lower prices were on the market for two or three months. The speed at which they were able to complete the work and the subsequent quick sale saved us thousands in interest and freed up our cash for other investments.
We will be consulting and retaining KP Developments for all of our future renovations and property upgrades.
